Our Bee Pollen is collected daily from the hives, cleaned and put immediately in the freezer to retain its freshness. All fresh pollen should be stored in the freezer so that the pollen does not ferment or mold. Bee pollen is taken to help with allergies and as a dietary supplement but consult your doctor before starting to take bee pollen. Fresh pollen is potent so start out taking only a few granuals per day and work your way up judging how you react to the fresh pollen. Our pollen is collected from our hives sustainably and we do not take too much from the bees. We also do not bring in pollen from other states, our pollen for sale will always be ours. Since flowers are seasonal, so it the pollen collection so we may run out of pollen at certain times of the year.
