It is a single walled tank that will hold one 5 gallon pail of honey which sits on top of a metal rack inside the tank above the heating element. The tank is filled with water, the water heats up to the temperature you set it to and will uncrystalize your bucket of honey. You can also use the tank to clean your wax cappings in.
